Alpha and Omega Campus
The admissions process begins with completing our "Contact Us" form or scheduling a conversation on the "Book a Conversation" tab. During this initial conversation, we will discuss our school’s offerings to determine if it aligns with your family’s and child’s needs. Following this, you will submit an application on our website and we will send you a link for a non-refundable application fee of $50. Once the application is reviewed, we will arrange a comprehensive assessment with your student and family to assess compatibility with Apogee’s values and environment. Upon acceptance, a registration fee of $500 will secure your child’s place for the upcoming school year. This registration fee will be applied toward your tuition costs. Deadline for Enrollment is 04/01/25. Late Enrollment has a $250 late fee and we will close enrollment on 06/01/25.
The annual tuition of $6,850 includes academic instruction, facility usage, technology resources, basic supplies and materials, and access to special programs. Additionally, a required lunch program costs $500 annually (or $3 per day), covering lunch for all students and snacks for Pre-K through 2nd grade. The total annual cost is $7,350.
Yes, we have a cap on the number of students we can accept for the upcoming school year. This allows us to maintain an ideal student-to-teacher ratio, ensuring personalized attention and fostering a supportive, collaborative environment. Enrollment is on a first-come, first-served basis, so we encourage you to secure your spot early. The deadline for enrollment is 04/01/25. If the program reaches capacity, we’ll gladly add you to our waiting list and notify you promptly if a spot becomes available.
How does the school lunch program work?
Students collaboratively prepare lunch daily under teacher guidance, fostering teamwork, responsibility, and practical life skills. Our program emphasizes a whole foods, minimally processed diet that is both nutritious and appealing to children. We work with local farmers to source seasonal produce and only charge $3 per day to cover the cost of food. Students gain hands-on experience with fruits, vegetables, meats, dairy, grains, and legumes, learning about their effects on the body. They are also encouraged to explore diverse cuisines and cooking techniques as part of their global education. Dietary accommodations for allergies will be made and should be discussed during the application process.
Yes, To enroll in our Pre-K program, children must be 4 years old by August 31 of the academic year and are required fully potty trained.
We provide education for students aged 4 to 18. Your student shouldn’t be held back from moving forward if they’re advancing at a faster rate then their peers. Additionally, they shouldn’t be shamed by being held back or thought less of because it takes them more time to retain information on a given subject than others. Miixed-age learning environments promote social, emotional, and cognitive development, preparing children for success in school and life afterward. We group our students by developmental stages to better support their growth and learning needs: Basecamp: Ages 4–7 Trailblazer: Ages 8–11 Ascent: Ages 12–14 Summit: Ages 15+
What measures does the school take to maintain a safe and secure learning environment?
We ensure a secure and safe learning environment by implementing clear safety protocols, maintaining small group sizes for close supervision, conducting regular safety drills, and fostering open communication among families. Additionally, we provide a structured routine, ensure all spaces are child-friendly, and address individual needs to create a supportive and secure atmosphere.
School begins at 8:00 AM, with drop-off available starting at 7:30 AM. The school day ends at 3:00 PM, and pick-up is available until 3:30 PM.
If you require afterschool care or before school care, please discuss this with us during your admissions interview. The availability of this program will be determined based on the needs of our families.
We offer a 10% scholarship for students whose parents or guardians are active-duty first responders or veterans. Additionally, families receive a 5% discount for each additional child enrolled. While we currently do not provide financial aid, families may explore external options such as the Kansas Tax Credit for Low-Income Students Scholarship Program for potential support.
At Apogee, we offer multiple pathways to success beyond the traditional school model. Our program allows students to excel beyond the offerings of public schools, providing them with a significant head start in life. Whether they choose to pursue college, technical school, or direct entry into the workforce, Apogee equips students with the skills and knowledge needed to thrive. Advanced Placement (AP) classes are available for students who demonstrate the ability to succeed in them, with eligibility requiring the completion of all required academic badges. For exceptionally advanced students, AP classes may begin as early as age 14.
Living a faith-integrated life means allowing your beliefs, values, and actions to align consistently in every area of life. As Christians, we walk alongside Jesus, letting our faith shape how we make decisions, build relationships, and carry out our daily lives. Our school is rooted in Christian teachings, guiding students to reflect on their faith and how it influences their actions. Faith, school, and work are intertwined, just as who we are as individuals is deeply connected.
We offer a Friday enrichment program called Apogee Creative Collective specifically designed for homeschoolers. Running from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, this program emphasizes free play to foster friendships and imagination, along with a rotating enrichment focus in the arts—such as visual art, music, theater, storytelling, or debate. Additionally, students participate in physiology lessons and physical education activities. A nutritious, whole foods focused lunch is included as part of the program. Go to the About Us Tab and click on Creative Collective Friday to learn more.
